Refund policy
- If you are requesting a refund for the purchase of a Conference Full Package, the refund will be sent via a check to the address you provide in this refund request and will take 7 – 10 business days after your request has been received.
- If you are requesting a refund made through the Whova app, the refund will be issued electronically to the card that was used for the purchase and will take anywhere from 1-5 business days to be reflected to your account.
