The 2023 Latinx Leadership Institute is a 2-day training for current and emerging Latinx Leaders. This is the 4th year of the Leadership Institute that was developed to strengthen current leaders and to build a pipeline of emerging Latinx leaders. Day 1 of the institute is focused on Leadership, identifying leadership style, learning new leadership techniques, and teaches the skills to be an effective and well-rounded leader. Day 2 is dedicated to enhancing management skills to prepare leaders to tackle real world work situations and to build high performing teams. This Leadership Institute allows for self-evaluation that provides insight and direction to advance your leadership skills.
