Credit Designation for Attendees
DHR Health is accredited by the Texas Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians. DHR Health designates this live activity for a maximum of 13.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Texas Medical Association through the Joint Providership of DHR Health and the Valley AIDS Council.

American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. This CNE activity is being
jointly provided by DHR Health collaboratively with the Valley AIDS Council.

Need credits or a certificate of attendance?
DHR Health will be providing CME/CNE/CEU credits after you complete the conference evaluation. Once the evaluation is sent to registered attendees, you will have one month after the conference to submit the evaluation. After the evaluation link is closed, it will not be re-opened.
